I’ve dipped into just about every corner of 2D and 3D game art, and taken on leadership roles along the way — whether that’s guiding a small prototype team crammed into one room, or managing large, multi-site art teams spread across time zones. I’ve also been hands-on with recruitment, mentoring, and helping artists grow into their own.
I’m always looking to sharpen my tools — staying up to speed with the latest tech and workflows not just keeps things interesting, it makes me better at what I do and how I work with others.
